Refund Policy

1. DAMAGED GOODS

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 5 working days of receipt of goods. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products Items cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice or handwork.

Only for the damaged products we can provide exchange. All the replacement and exchanged items will be delivered with in 7 business day from the days of raising request and sucessful acceptance of product from our end.

All the refunds approved by us will be credited to the original source of paymnets within 7 days. it may take few days for the same to reflect in your account based on the bank policies.

2. WRONG ORDERS

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name, within 5 working days of receipt of goods. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for, as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

3. Shipping

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped and delivered within 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.

Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.

Free shipping is offered to only customers in India above a total prepaid order value of ₹ 1000.

Standard Shipping Charges of ₹ 60 will be charged on prepaid orders, unless it qualifies for Free Shipping.

A flat fee of ₹ 100 will be applicable for Cash On Delivery Orders. (Free Shipping is not applicable for COD orders.)

Handling or convenience charges may apply depending upon any special request.

DELIVERY

Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery.

A mail containing details of the service provider as well as the tracking information will be sent to you within 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.

TIME FRAME

Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery time for any domestic orders, including both prepaid orders and COD orders, i.e. orders within India, is 5 days, depending on the location, unless otherwise specified for any particular product.

We will update you with the tracking details within 48 hours of the items being dispatched.
